A look at how our capital structuring approach translates into tangible outcomes for sponsors and the projects they deliver.
We leveraged assets already within La-Quintas Group's position to raise debt funding through a blend of wealth management products and solutions, de-risking the project externally through creative engineering. The resulting mix of instruments was structured to service both debt and principal repayments in a disciplined, coordinated manner, reflecting our broader approach to unlocking capital for transformational projects.
We consulted on and facilitated $20 million in equity funding for the development of a large-scale moringa farm and processing facility, structuring the raise to align investor terms with the project's cultivation and production timelines. The engagement reflects our continued focus on unlocking capital for high-impact agribusiness ventures with strong export and value-addition potential.
Ideas, execution, and the right financial structure do. If you are developing a project with meaningful economic or social impact and require funding solutions above $25 million, we welcome the opportunity to explore how we can help.
